Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase or access our digital products.

Purchases and access to digital products are facilitated through Whop, a third-party platform. To complete a purchase and access products, you must create a Whop account. Creating a Whop account is free and subject to Whop’s own terms and policies.

Digital Products and Services

Uplyft Lives creates and sells digital products intended for social media content creators and entrepreneurs. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or restrict access to any product or service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Whop. Pricing, payment methods, taxes, and fees are displayed at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Whop to process your payment in accordance with their terms. We do not store or process your full payment information.

Refund & Access Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds, chargebacks, and access disputes are governed in accordance with Whop’s platform policies and enforcement standards, in addition to these Terms.

Refunds

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only where required by law or expressly approved in writing by Uplyft Lives

• Any approved refund will be processed through Whop and subject to Whop’s refund, dispute, and chargeback procedures

• Attempting to bypass Whop’s systems or initiating unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate revocation of access without refund

• Promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

Access and Delivery

• Access to digital products is granted through your Whop account upon successful payment

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Whop account in good standing

• Access may be suspended or terminated if Whop enforces its policies, detects misuse, or if you violate these Terms or Whop’s terms

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased product, you must contact support@uplyftlives.com within a reasonable time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore access through Whop.

Loss of access due to policy violations, account termination by Whop, or misuse of products does not entitle you to a refund.

License and Acceptable Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital products for personal or internal business use only, unless otherwise stated.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share products without written permission

• Use products for unlawful purposes

• Circumvent access controls or security features

• Represent our products as your own

Intellectual Property

All content, products, materials, trademarks, and branding provided by Uplyft Lives are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Disclaimers

Our digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding results, income, growth, or performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplyft Lives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uplyft Lives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or products at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee within the USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
